Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Not very pleased with the service here. I'm usually receiving better service and have been a patient of over two years and every single time the dentists are LATE for ME. today as I write this I've been waiting AN HOUR and so have other patients. The doctors calling people and receptionists have been very rude and dismissive towards my needs. People after me are called even as im waiting a while. Extremely unprofessional. No one has accommodated or apologized. Insane. I'm disappointed. There was even a patient growling at me and raising his voice and harrassing me amd all the receptionist did was say shell talk to him, but he was leaving. Cant even abide by the sign that says they dont tolerate rude behavior

unless this is your absolute LAST resort I do not recommend this place. I felt rushed and like my pain was an inconvenience. A little patience and compassion go a long way, especially in a dental setting where many patients are already nervous. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. They don’t care about how you feel.

Worst experience with i've EVER had. I had a cleaning appointment with the hygienist Sana. She walked in and immediately asked me my name but I didn't hear so I said "sorry?" she goes "NAME??" all rude. Ok fine. I can get over that. But when she started the cleaning (lasted barely 5 minutes???) she was being SO aggressive and it hurt really bad I had to pull away and it was clear I was very uncomfortable but she did not slow down at all she was scraping my teeth SO hard to the point where there was SO much blood which I saw when I rinsed. When she finished, she didn't even say anything she just sat back in her chair. No "you're all set, have a good day" nothing. I felt awful after that with a toothache for hours! She has no regard for the fact that I'm a person who can feel pain.. she was treating me like I was a set of fake teeth to practice on. She was rushing so much she didn't care that she wasn't being thorough or gentle. Cleanings are supposed to be easy, and are NOT supposed to hurt badly. Awful service she is a very nasty person. Don't bother coming here especially for a cleaning with that lady. I literally came from Syracuse to Rochester for the worst, most ghetto service

This place be very cautious ⚠️ I had a filling and cleaning done ! I will put it in simple words. Always in rush and even as a customer having patience cause we know this is a medical field and this fields are hard work. The jobs done are done for money. I got a filling and it was done half way. (I believe they burn the filling i got to re-do it.) I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Lookout for each other and take care of each other's as human beings. I leave you a picture of the same day job done for the filling on my tooth. You can still see the gaps on the sides. I recalled and tried to fix with them after reply from dentist on this review and they did not care. This place i don't recommend.

Horrible and unprofessional. Went there for extraction. They made me wait months to get approval and sent me home with pain. Then I need a bridge. Took over a year to do. Appointments are set. I take days off then they cancell. We had approvals for everything and paid the difference cash. 400 and change, they demanded I pay before services. They waited untill the approval expired , then made me wait again for new approval to finish last stage. Everything was paid for already, now I am getting a bill for 400 and change. I am not going to call and not going to do anything with them ever again. If it goes to collection, I will report them to BBB for unfair practices. Look for a place that cares about you. They are for profit and don't care about anything more than money. Most of the time they are more focused on what country I was from and talking about Jews or Middle East than service . I look Indian, my wife and kids all have had bad experiences with this place . My wife services where covered now she is getting a bill for over 1000 for root canal and extraction. I work for United health care and have a dental plan with them for my family. They refuse to do work untill they get appr
